This attractive estate boasts an imposing house and a small Roman chapel with an ancient mosaic, set amongst shady, century-old plane trees where peacocks strut. The winery has some impressive wooden vats. The Guy family has played a pioneering role, introducing the Mourvèdre and Rolle grape varieties in Languedoc. Their vines are surrounded by fields of thyme and are farmed organically, and the estate produces essential oils, olive oil and honey.
