Formerly a Templar smallholding, this estate was part of the archbishopric of Narbonne for five centuries. Purchased in 1983 by François-Régis Boussagol, it was replanted extensively and the winery was modernised. There are 67 hectares of vines, of which six are given over to producing AOC Saint-Chinian wine. The remainder are planted with 19 different grape varieties, including a number of rare grapes.
