Domaine La Bosque is a scattering of vineyards nestled at the heart of a mountainous hamlet, across the schist terroir of the AOC Saint-Chinian area. In 2016, just after turning 30, Olivia and Maxime Calas decided to begin this new adventure, getting back to basics, working the soil and preserving the land and typical ancient Languedoc grape varieties through unique vintages. Both originally from the area, they define themselves as 'epicurean winemakers', and work their vineyards surrounded by their loved ones in a friendly atmosphere.
