The Fathers' Side My grandparents bought the first vines in 1948, then my parents extended and modernized the vineyard. Oenologist and passionate about working the land for a long time, I have been vinifying grapes from the family property since 2009 in a private cellar. It is in the temperate Mediterranean climate of the Saint-Chinian appellation that the vineyard flourishes. The summers are hot there, the showers infrequent and the winds generous. The clay-limestone and very stony soils make the cultivation of the vine more complex but offer unique wines. The surrounding scrubland also gives a lot of personality to the wines. These landscapes that I hold so dear take me back every day to my childhood memories. For the sake of both ethics, the environment, and conviction, in 2016 the estate turned to organic farming. This approach was deepened in 2018 with the switch to biodynamics.
