Located at 250 metres above sea level on the Villespassans plateau, Domaine Marie de Lauzerda is converting its 24 hectares of vineyard to organic viticulture. Marie was a peasant woman with deep-rooted connections to this land. She worked the vineyards with dedication and passion. Later in life, she still owned a plot which she would visit with her children and grandchildren. Many years after her passing, her grand-son is honouring her memory with this domaine where the land is known by the name of Lauzerda.
